How can I sign up to RentPay?

You can sign up to RentPay online though Here, or you can speak to one of our sales representatives to receive a paper form you can fill in and sign.

How Much will RentPay Cost Me?

Different Agents have different requirements from their Payment Provider, however RentPay can be free for the Agent. Most Agent however, find the paid modules extremely useful for managing their entire Rentroll.

When will the Payments reach my Trust Account?

Direct Entry Payments take 3 days to process. So if the tenant makes a payment on Monday, You will have the funds in their account on Thursday (+3 days). Add 1 extra business day if payment is submitted on the weekend.

Credit Card Payments are faster. They take 2 days to process. A Credit Card Payment made on Monday will be in your account on Wednesday. (+2 days). Add 1 extra business day if payment is submitted on the weekend.

Does RentPay Comply with the REIA Legislation?

Yes, RentPay is fully compliant with the REIA legislation regarding 3rd party payment providers.

What About 3rd Party Forcing?

You can easily resolve issues with 3rd party forcing by using RentPay. Contact our Sales team to learn more.

Can Rentpay Manage my entire Rentroll?

Yes. Most 3rd party payment providers are only capable of managing a small percentage of your Rentroll, as not all tenants will take up the product. This is ultimately more trouble than its worth. RentPay has a solution for this. Contact our Sales team to learn more.
